Michelle has a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation from East Carolina University and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University in Psychology. She has had 10 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation counseling in both the public and private sectors and 10 years of experience as the worker’s compensation Industrial Program Manager for Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic. She possesses an extensive knowledge of worker’s compensation as well as a focus and knowledge of the needs of employers and employer services. She became a WorkSTEPS™ certified employment tester in June, 2006 and is responsible for the marketing and management of Job Ready Services.
